Terms of Service for Money Flow
1. Scope and contract structure
These terms govern the use of the "Money Flow" service (including the Money Flow Tape, Events & Base Rates, Briefing, the evaluation record and future modules) provided by pg.ventures GmbH, Ziflinger Weg 11, 93413 Cham, Germany ("Provider"). Access is purchased not from the Provider but from Digistore24 GmbH, Hildesheim, Germany, acting as reseller. Digistore24 is your contractual partner for purchase, payment, invoicing, withdrawal and refunds; Digistore24's terms and the information provided during checkout apply in addition. The Provider renders the service to you. The offer is directed exclusively at consumers for private use (Section 6).
2. Service description; no investment advice
Money Flow is an information and education service. It describes, based on publicly available market data, how capital rotates across asset classes, provides historical base rates for economic events, delivers an editorial briefing twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and documents published assessments in a technically immutable record. The service contains no investment advice, no investment brokerage, no financial analysis in the regulatory sense and no recommendations to buy or sell financial instruments. All content is descriptive; data lags by at least one trading day; historical evaluations permit no conclusions about future developments. Investment decisions are made solely by you at your own risk. Modules marked "in development" will be provided at no extra cost upon completion; no specific completion date is owed. The Provider continuously develops the service and may adapt content, presentation and methodology as long as the core benefit is preserved; methodology changes are documented in versioned form.
3. Account and access
After purchase, you set up an account on the confirmation page (order email address, self-chosen password). Credentials are confidential; accounts are personal and may not be shared. The Provider may suspend access where the subscription status requires it (e.g. after cancellation takes effect, withdrawal, chargeback) or in case of violations of these terms.
4. Trial, term, cancellation
The subscription starts with a free 14-day trial. After the trial, the chosen payment plan (monthly or yearly) begins; the first charge is collected by Digistore24 after the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand. The subscription renews for the chosen term unless cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is declared to Digistore24 — at any time via the Digistore24 customer portal, the cancellation link in your order confirmation, or the "Cancel contracts here" function on our website. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.
5. Prices
The prices displayed during checkout apply (gross prices including statutory VAT). The current price overview is available at /en/pricing.
6. Private use; no commercial use
Access is intended exclusively for private, non-commercial use. In particular, the following is not permitted: using content or data in investment or asset advisory services, asset management, publications, trainings or own products; systematic reproduction, extraction or redistribution of content and data; automated scraping. Commercial licenses may be requested at info@indicator.trading.
7. Intellectual property
All content of the service is protected by copyright and related rights. You receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription within the limits of Section 6.
8. Availability
The Provider strives for high availability but does not owe uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance, further development and disruptions at upstream providers may cause temporary limitations. Data updates occur on trading days; no new data is published on weekends and US holidays; briefings appear on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
9. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of simple negligence, the Provider is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. In particular, the Provider is not liable for your investment decisions or their economic consequences (Section 2).
10. Changes to these terms
The Provider may amend these terms with future effect for valid reasons (changes in law, service development) provided this does not unreasonably disadvantage you. Amendments will be announced by email at least six weeks before taking effect; if you do not object before that date, they are deemed accepted. The announcement will point out your right to object and the consequences. Your right to cancel remains unaffected.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; for consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. The contract language is German; this English version is provided for convenience and the German version prevails.
