Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds

Who is your contractual partner?

Purchases of the Money Flow subscription are processed by Digistore24 GmbH as reseller. Digistore24 is your contractual partner for purchase and payment and handles withdrawal, cancellation and refunds. The withdrawal instructions provided by Digistore24 during checkout and in your order confirmation are authoritative.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract. You declare withdrawal to Digistore24 — most easily via the Digistore24 customer portal (digistore24.com/customer) or the contact details in your order confirmation; you find your order ID in the order confirmation or in the payment reference on your bank statement.

Please note: if you consent during checkout to the immediate provision of the digital service, your right of withdrawal may expire early under statutory rules, or compensation may be owed for the service provided until withdrawal. Details follow from Digistore24's withdrawal instructions during checkout.

Free trial

The first 14 days are free. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged — there is simply nothing to refund. The first charge occurs only after the trial ends (on the yearly plan, the full annual amount).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period: via the Digistore24 customer portal (digistore24.com/customer), via the cancellation link in your order confirmation, or via the "Cancel contracts here" button in the footer of our website. After cancellation, your access remains until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Refunds (e.g. in case of withdrawal) are initiated by Digistore24 to the original payment method. Invoices are available in the Digistore24 customer portal. Charges appear on your bank statement as "Digistore24" together with the product name.
