Hosting This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access this site, connection data (e.g. IP address, time of access) are processed on Vercel’s servers. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), so that transfers of personal data to the USA are subject to adequacy decisions. Vercel Web Analytics We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. This service is privacy-focused: • No personal identifiers are collected; data cannot be linked to individuals or IP addresses. • Visitors are identified by a hash derived from the request, valid for one day only (no cross-day or cross-site tracking). • Session data is automatically discarded after 24 hours. • Only aggregated, anonymous statistics are used (e.g. page views, referrer, country, device type, browser). • No third-party cookies are used. You can object to this analysis by not using the site or by using privacy tools; we do not process further personal data for analytics. 4. Your rights Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the competent authority in your place of residence or the Bavarian Data Protection Authority). Newsletter / SETUP If you sign up for our newsletter on the setup pages, we process your email address, the topic you came from (card id), the times of signup, confirmation and your last visit to the setup hub, and the campaign parameters from the link (UTM). Signup uses double opt-in. You receive an email and confirm it via the link inside. Only then is your address added to the mailing list. The record of that confirmation is kept by our email provider. The provider and processor is Brevo (Brevo SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). We pass on the data so the newsletter can be delivered. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. So the setup hub opens on the same device without signing up again, we set the cookie it_setup (stored for one year). It does not contain your email address.
